Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden suchen wir externe Unterstützung durch einen „Digital Attacker Proposition Manager“ (m/w):
Tasks:
• Contribute to Product Roadmaps with a focus on our accounting, finance and market processes
o Actively develops and uses their deep knowledge of accounting, finance and core energy processes and strong relationships with the business to ensure the platform fulfills all regulatory and compliance requirements and enables the commercial running of the platform.
o Have overall awareness and take accountability for the identification of functional dependencies within their area and ensure the appropriate actions are being undertaken. Work with colleagues to ensure that any cross regional dependencies are managed.
• Requirements Definition & Solution Functional design
o Be proactive and use appropriate requirements elicitation techniques to understand & capture business needs and business benefits prior to developing solution options.
o Using knowledge of the industry sector, products, and standards to guide the business towards the most appropriate solution that takes into account full cost of ownership and ease of delivery.
o Provide accurate estimates for all BA activities within the project, referring to previous information and SME’s as appropriate.
o Ensure all best practice standards for requirements definition & solution design are applied personally and across the team.
• Project Delivery
o Ensure that the Business Analysis activities are delivered to time, cost, quality and schedule.
o Develop a constructive, influencing working relationship with the regions, and project teams on the project.
o Ensure the delivery meets all of the documented requirements by supporting the CX, UX, technical and test teams in a shared understanding of the requirements.
o Approve QA coverage and completion and support the regions in their User Acceptance Testing.
o Create and maintain any other relevant documentation as required by the project e.g. User Guides, Implementation Guides, Training Guides etc
o Maintain Product Functional documentation in line with any changes made to the product.
• Role Modelling and Team leadership
o Coach and mentor business analysis and wider colleagues to drive exemplary performance.
o Be approachable and proactively share knowledge and experience to drive efficiencies in delivery and improve the overall quality of Business Analysis within the team and wider business unit.
o Take a lead role in driving best practices and actively ensure implementation of Best Practice within your area
o Actively look to improve their professional skillset in line with the needs of the business.
o Foster an environment of innovation and constant improvement within the team
o Support the Business Analyst recruitment process
Skills:
• Working business/systems analysis experience in a governed project environment
• Experience in delivering business analysis to complex propositions/products through analysis, development and testing teams including partnership with offshore teams (outsourced and captive) and third parties
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of multiple analysis methodologies
• In depth understanding of development lifecycle and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc.)
• Ability to communicate (written and oral) technical issues to a non-technical, business audience
• Works collaboratively, leads by example and builds credibility with clients and partners
• Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
Duration: until + extension otion
Capacity: 100% (Onsite 400 hours and Offsite 100 hours)
Locations: Essen, München, Coventry (UK), Nottingham (UK)
