PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The DBS COO Governance, Standardization and Programs mission is to drive a global consistency by providing transparency, direction & enablement to innovate and grow the Digital Business Services area. Providing DBS role governance, analysing our installed base, providing standardized customer analysis are only some examples of our working areas.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
. Create regular DBS Account coverage reporting
. Support the preparation of global and regional Transparency Reports
. Support operational execution DBS COO GSP processes and tasks
. Ensure role specific data quality and support improvement and implementation of respective data quality steps in SAP's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
. The internship should start as soon as possible

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
. Currently enrolled as Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
. Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
. Very good command of written and spoken German and English
. High level of initiative and operational readiness, self-driven person
. Soft skills: Excellent communication, teamwork skills and intercultural skills, independent work style
