For our client, a global Software Services company we are looking for an Onsite Coordinator - Delivery Management on a freelance basis for Essen.
Project Start: November 2018
Project duration: 12 Months (up to 2 year project)
Location: Essen
Project Language: English
Responsibilities:
- Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues
- Oversee daily activities of delivery team and the work streams and provide direction and guidance as needed
- Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.
- Ensure that coordination with the offshore teams are well communicated and organised
Your Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, and at least 5 years work experience in retail or operations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Delivery Management by training and background especially with offshore teams
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change
- Experience running complex processes using Lean or other techniques
- Able to start on short notice
Languages:
- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English
- German language is not needed
