For one of our clients we are looking for a Consultant Governance OverviewDescription:
After successfully driving an off-shore program in SAP Application management area for a year, we would like to execute for of the yearly reviews of our governance model. This review requires a senior conceptional view on things as well as an ability to objectively & critically identify possible (hidden) gaps in the governance model. Very important is of course a proactive approach to potential improvements and their integration into the model.
Tasks:
• Review current governance model
• Evaluate gaps
• Suggest improvements to the model
• Integrate the improvements into the model
Activities:
• Reporting (Incident, Change, Problem)
• KPIs
• Change requirement process
• Capacity management of the supplier (skill management, turnover rates etc.)
• Onboarding and offboarding process of the supplier resources
• Communication: Stakeholders, channels, tools
