Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell einen Agile Coach/ Scrum Master.
Beschreibung des Umfelds und des Auftrags
In collaboration with our scrum master and project managers you will be part of the Agile Center, our competence center for agile methods and thinking. You will handle all upcoming tasks self-organized and push the agile transformation in our department.
• Different teams with different skill sets in agile culture need your support. You are motivated to develop them being a part of these cross-functional teams.
• You will shape the collaboration across teams and provide support for it
• You will define, analyse and communicate agile indicators to the stakeholders providing transparency
• Agile methods and long-term planning is not a contradiction for you. Using agile metrics you are able to provide a long-term planning and measuring of success.
• You are a role model in agile culture for the teams, inspiring them for agile processes and principles.
• You are very well in communication and your goal is to convince with facts and good arguments being persistent.
• You put emphasis on changing mindsets.
Anforderungen
Experienced in working in agile software development teams using classical methods as well as agile methods.
• Analytical approach, persistence and engagement. Your methods are structural and pragmatic. Empathy enables you to feel the dynamic of agile teams and hence to further develop their working methods and spirit.
• You are an experienced scrum master / agile coach working with agile methods e.g. Scrum, Lean, Kanban etc. You had first insights in scaling methods e.g. LeSS, SAFe or Nexus as well as systemic organization development. Situationally you are able to use a variety of methods to host, moderate, present and visualize.
• Conflict solving? Perseverance? Sense of responsibility? These qualities are part of your daily business showing in teamwork, networking and working on new ideas.
• Your ability to self-reflection leads you to continuously developing yourself. You are successful as a scrum master as you are able to build trust and personal bonds towards the agile teams.
