PMO Coordinator - Baden-Württemberg - 6 months +
English speaking role
PMO Coordinator required, who has had experience previously on at least one ERP/SAP programme or project. Ideal experience will be between 3-7 years of PMO coordination and support.
Your must have good knowledge of MS Sharepoint, MS Powerpoint, MS Project and PWA, MS Office
The main topics are RAID Management and Change Control Management and additional general PMO admin tasks
The role:
- Ensuring that the detailed planning for the delivery of the accepted requests are done together with programme management to ensure appropriate allocation of resources to deliver on the committed date.
- Following up on open/outstanding issues/changes and continuously monitor issue/change statuses on programme level.
- Providing feedback to local PMO on issue/change status and decision.
- Updating presentation slides for steering committee
- Establishing and maintaining an electronic index and version control procedures for all programme and project documentation.
- Maintaining and regularly updating the Implementation Toolkit.
- Provide the PPM reporting, support in document control and update programme documentation (like programme charter).
- Support with the set up and maintenance of the risk, issue & change process within the implementation projects.
- Support Programme management in identifying high and critical risks and issues.
- Support with the set up and maintenance of the assumption management process within the implementation projects.
- Support Programme management in identifying assumptions.
- Support Programme Planner in the set up and maintenance of dependency management process.
- Support with the set up and maintenance of the escalation management process.
