Background:
Consultant would be taking key role in Accounting and Finance Controlling (A/FC) Digitalisation Finance team, reporting to the VP Digitalisation Finance. Assisting in the delivery of Client's Digital Vision for 2025, this role will be responsible for designing and delivering the Data Strategy and Roadmap to support the key digitalisation initiatives for A and FC. This includes a data strategy to support Process Optimisation and Automation, Big Data and Reporting Analytics, strategic technology improvements within Client's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape including the
use of AI and Machine Learning tools. This role will engage with Client IT plus digital transformation industry experts and digital partners to define and develop an end to end Data Architecture based on defined digitalisation
use cases and digital products and solutions.
Tasks:
- Design and deliver an innovative Data Strategy and Roadmap for the Accounting and Financial Controlling function.
- In collaboration with Client IT teams, ensure it reflects the current and future business needs based on agreed Use Cases, aligned with industry best practice and the overall Digitalisation Vision of Client.
- Align Data Strategy and Data Models to the outcomes of A/FC business process reviews, offering guidance and advice on the data approach and recommended technology to use to support business process improvements.
- Conduct Data Architecture Analysis, to gauge architecture and technology fit to Client Digitalisation Strategy and identify gaps and critical process/data flows.
Skills:
- Strong innovative interest in new trends (eg AI, blockchain, IOT, Big Data..)
- Experience in leading Data Architecture Workshops
- Good knowledge in PM
- Strong knowledge setting Data Strategy and Data Models
- Deep experience of Data Architecture Analysis
- N2H: Experience in Accounting/Finance Department
- N2H: Data analytics and predictive forecasting experience would be very interesting
