Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Duration: 6 months +
Requirement
- 10+ years of Experience Resource (at least 6 years) as QA & project manager (waterfall/agile) in the field of large-scale IT projects with heterogeneous infrastructure and international project teams.
- Project experience regarding the introduction and further development of loyalty programs in the airline environment (in particular Miles & More) desired.
- Ability to confidently act and communicate at the management level and to prepare content according to the target group.
- Ability to identify potential risks and problems at an early stage, to adequately address them and to responsibly and actively implement measures to solve them.
- Very good communication skills in German and English as well as teamwork and self-motivation.
- Strong "hands-on" mentality, especially in difficult and critical project situations.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Definition of the test strategy in a complex IT implementation project including determination of test requirements (non-/functional, system/unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests, acceptance tests, etc.), determination of resource requirements, establishment of the test team, requirements Test tool and test automation, requirements for test data and environments etc.
- Creation of a project-specific QA plan including definition of quality key figures regarding error classes and frequency, test cycles, test objectives, project control, risk management, issue management, dependencies and schedules etc.
- Responsible for successful test planning and implementation, monitoring/reporting, change coordination resulting from defect and active defect management control.
- Early and proactive identification of risks for successful project implementation, definition of measures and regular coordination with the project management and responsible stakeholders.
- Transparent and open communication and status reporting in the project and to the stakeholders at top management level.
- Situation-based/practicable approach with changed project conditions and unforeseen events with a constant focus on the quality of the delivery objects and the time and budget requirements.
- Responsible control of all testing activities of the distributed test teams in the respective departments, the Service Factories (IT departments)
