PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Mission of P&I S/4HANA is to protect and grow SAP's core business and in addition evolve this business into the cloud. This will be achieved by delivering the next generation Business Application SAP S/4HANA On-premise and in the cloud.
Already today the strategy pays off with many customers adopting S/4HANA. This uptake fundamentally demands an even increased focus on delivery against the strategy.
P&I S/4HANA is responsible to manage this major investment and to deliver S/4HANA in time, quality and budget.
The SAP S/4HANA as next generation suite needs to be promoted internally and externally in a very clear and transparent way and via all channels supported by SAP and fully in agreement with our branding and GoTo Market team. The goal is to simplify the S/4HANA messaging and to make it consumable and accessible within our company.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for your support for our S/4HANA Operations Team:
. Create, maintain various reports and reporting packages for controlling purposes.
. Work with our communication people and support them with social media activities, international events.
. Creating high-level presentations by adding new and compelling features.
. Collaborate with teams across the company to collect additional content and news.
. Support with ad hoc requests.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
. You are studying in applied sciences, computer science (1st semester welcome)
. You have good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
. You feel comfortable with reporting and have strong analytical skills
. You are flexible and always focused on results
. You speak and write English, German is an asset
. You have a pro-active working style, are a team player and reliable.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
