For our client, a global financial organisation we are looking for a Project Assistant on a freelance basis for the location Essen
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 12 Months (up to 2 year project)
Location: Essen
Languages: English, German preferred
Responsibilities:
- Typical PMO activities in regard to the setting up of an IT outsourcing project
- Budget checking and approval
- Stakeholder management
- Project reporting and documentation if required
Your Skills:
- Experience as a project assistant or PMO preferably in an international organisation
- Solid experience with MS Office, ideally also MS Project
- Great coordinational and customer-facing skills
- First experience with virtual teams
Languages:
- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English
- German language is a bonus
