As part of an international utility digitization project (> 200 involved persons business and IT, 2+ suppliers), our client is currently looking for a Non-Functional QA Lead to focus on the coordination of Smoke Tests, Load & Performance Tests, Penetration & Security Tests and UK Specific Accessibility Tests with each other, plus the integration into the overall project as well as consistent tracking and reporting.
The program is structured in technical "Tower" as well as a Platform Team; The technology stack is based on AEM, Salesforce, Boomi, regional billing systems and various SaaS. The Delivery Model is to be gradually phased in the next 6 months on the basis of SAFE 4.5. Within the scope of this role, the test activities should be planned, coordinated and carried out with regard to the non-functional requirements.
Essential
- Experience and competence in introducing and optimizing (agile) testing and QA procedures and processes
- Experience in the leadership/coordination of testing/QA in international programs with distributed local part-test responsibilities (multi-supplier)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing and running a (continuous) release management in distributed software architecture solutions
- Secure handling of Confluence, JIRA including Zephyer and reporting tools.

Hourly Rate: 95€ (all in) On-site = £675 per day
