Beschreibung

DIMA Service Delivery Manager urgently required to secure E2E support and requirement management for a new, business-critical, unified and decentralized mobile solution called ASS network/DIMA for the four distribution network operators (VNB) of E.ON (AVANG, SHNG, EDIN, BAGE) for Inspection, Maintenance and Incident Notification Management (SMM).

The solution is currently being developed as part of the Digi.Z. introduced for 2000 users. The application is operated in a highly integrative, complex landscape (WS02, SAP PO, 4 SAP PM backends, SAP HR, authentication systems)

The successful candidate must have very strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills and above-average competence in stakeholder management (VNBs, service providers) as well as conflict management.

Soft Skills:

  • Perception of the integrator role for ASS network/DIMA, i. Ensuring the availability of the entire system (E2E responsibility)
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines (especially IT security and data protection)
  • Contact person for the coordination of user and authorization management
  • Ensures emergency and recovery procedures
  • Commercial product responsibility (control/billing) for securing the support in the contractually agreed quality (reaction and solution times)
  • Responsible for the coordination of requirements and the technical and commercial evaluation of product development
  • Monitoring the existing and design of new necessary service processes (process, communication, escalation paths/change management/system support/interfaces)
  • De-escalation management
  • Responsibility for contract management for both the service provider and the distribution system operators
  • Service provider control (for example, reporting service providers (for incidents/availability/order quantities)
  • Documentation of the ticket history in the ServiceNow

Specialist Skills:

  • Above-average competence in stakeholder management (VNBs, service providers) as well as conflict management
  • Independent and results-oriented way of working
  • Loyalty and identification with the technical task
  • Experience with regional utilities
  • Technical understanding of the dependencies in the heterogeneous system landscape
    • Multisystem connections on-premise/cloud/mobile applications
    • Win10/UWP and Android apps
    • SAP background, ideally in module PM (including SST)
    • Support knowledge
    • Basic knowledge in the operation of web applications
    • Ideal are knowledge of the SAP Globe landscape of E.ON and its processes
    • Experience with EBS processes
