Description:
The printers project is a core part of the My Devices strategy and part of our client´s my digital workplace program with the introduction of new printing services, our client aims at increasing flexibility at the workplace.
The project will deliver the new printing services such as Pull and Mobile print in the following countries: Germany, UK, Sweden, Belgium, France, Netherland and Hungary . Regional teams made up of the delivery partner and local onsite contacts will be responsible for delivering the new printers / update existing printers that enable the new services to work. The project needs to ensure there is central coordination between the HP partners of the rollout is required to ensure that the rollout is kept on track and any issues quickly resolved. Communications and Training material will need to be delivered or conducted prior to the rollout locally.
The overall role is to provide a central coordinating role for the rollout, track progress and facilitate the resolution of any issues that may occur. In addition, the following responsibilities are also included:
Tasks:
• Support the Project manager in the Delivery of the MPSaaS printer Project
• Project roll outs spanning more than one country within Europe and dealing with multicultural organisations
• Act as the Central Coordination point for the rollout with the regions and with the partners of our client
• Provide status reporting in alignment with the HP partners
• Coordinate the resolution of rollout issues that require input from the Central project team
• Consult discussions with the various local workers councils in Germany
• Support the project manager and think creatively about how to resolve challenges relating to timeline and locations if required
• PMO activities
• Country rollout Planning and Coordination activities
• Liaison with German Workers Council if native German speaker
• Effective and Efficient management of our client´s key stakeholders up to and including board level
Skills:
• A good communicator in both German and English with a preference for a Native German speaker
• Work with multiple partners who are part of the overall delivery team
• Be able to produce communication materials in both German and English including end user documentation / Project Steering presentations
• Activities are expected to be delivered centrally from Dusseldorf / Germany
• Well organised self starter who can plan ahead
