Ausgangslage der AnfrageTo consult the AFC & Compliance IT Workstream on DB site, a PMO resource is required.
Umzusetzende Leistungen
- Preparation, organisation and wrap-up of meetings and workshops (align and schedule appointments,
prepare supporting documentation for meetings, provide meeting minutes, documentation)
- documentation of workstream results and decision papers (visualization and summarization of working
results in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; maintenance of adequate archiving and of Project SharePoint,
alignment and provision of documentation with further workstreams as well as program management
instances; maintenance and preparation of overall project documentation associated with relevant DB
governance frameworks; preparation of decision papers)
- Status reporting (assemble required status reports with respective team; provide status updates to
relevant receivers, e.g. program PMO, Clarity; tracking of tasks and milestones)
- Alignment with relevant operational PMO teams as well as budget tracking and forecasting for the
workstream
Fachliche Anforderungen
Must have:
> Profound experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word - basic
> knowledge of Clarity and Governance frameworks - first experience
> Experience in PMO tasks (scheduling, governance, documentation, status, budget)
Nice to have:
> wider Project Management skills
> IT background
> Experience with MS Visio, Project
> Knowledge about AFC/Compliance processes within a bank
Desirable skills:
- PMO experience in the IT Environment
- Budget experience in projects
