Task description
• Project organizational and administrative assistance tasks in an international environment with internal and external Stakeholders
• Review drafts and specifications to become completely familiar with the projects and identify long lead times and critical path items
• Deadline management for the project managers, meaning independent and reliable planning and organization of business trips, meetings, telephone
• Independent correspondence with business Partners as well as request and administration of IT authorizations and other IT requirements
• Preparation of documents for international meetings and events

Qualifications
• Strong professional experience as a project assistant in a comparable position, successfully completed training as a PMO, office clerk or foreign language secretary or comparable qualification
• Versed handling of the usual IT applications (especially Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Experience in supporting large and international, distributed teams as well as competent knowledge of German and English
• High degree of autonomy, sense of responsibility, discretion, loyalty, flexibility and commitment, as well as a quick perception
• Organisational and analytical skills
