Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden, suchen wir ab sofort externe Unterstützung im Bereich Projektassistenz.
Aufgabe:
Project organizational and administrative assistance tasks in an international environment with internal and external stakeholders
• Review drafts and specifications to become completely familiar with the projects and identify long lead times and critical path items.
• Prepare project description presentations and report statuses.
• Deadline management for the project managers, meaning independent and reliable planning and organization of business trips, meetings, telephone
• Develop a project tasks tracking log.
• Microsoft Lync / Videoconferencing, workshops, telepresence, events as well as the corresponding timely tracking
• Independent correspondence with business partners
• Request and administration of IT authorizations and other IT requirements
• Preparation of documents for international meetings and events
• Correct and timely accounting for business travel
Anforderung:
Strong professional experience as a project assistant in a comparable position
• Successfully completed training as a PMO, office clerk or foreign language secretary or comparable qualification.
• Versed handling of the usual IT applications (especially Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Experience in supporting large and international, distributed teams
• Competent knowledge of German and English
• Organisational skills
• Analytical skills
• Commercial awareness
Einsatzorte:
Essen, offesite – und eventuell weitere Standorte zwecks Abstimmungsgesprächen

Laufzeit:
31.12.2018 + Option auf Verlängerung
