We are currently looking for a "PMO Consultant for Mobility Solution (m/f)" for our customer from the IT industry with the following basic conditions:Location: Düsseldorf and Cologne
Start: asap
Workload: 100%
Duration: 6 months+
Tasks:
• Planning and implementation of program, main project and MVPs (incl. processes, dependencies, risks, issues, critical path) in Clarity
• Status reporting, project progress control and evaluations of result progress
• QA and acceptance management, open issues and risk management
• Requirements and change request management, budget controlling
• Internal communication (incl. meeting structure)
• Decision and escalation processes
• Setting up and selective support of task forces
• preparation/creation of steering committee and board documents
Requirements:
• Project experience in the insurance field
• Very good experience in project management in large projects and in the preparation of board documents
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and Clarity
• ITIL/PMI and excellent reporting and Power Point skills
• Fluent German and English skills
