Director of Performance Marketing - Freelance, Contract
My client within the E-commerce sector are looking for a Director of Performance Marketing for a freelance position, 6 months + in the heart of Berlin.
You will be the head of Performance Marketing, you will have a proven track record working within start-ups, and equally large organisations to take my client to the next level.
Working with very talented technical marketing specialists we want you as the face of the marketing team
Requirements:
- Leadership: Help grow the team, lead and inspire providing them with leadership and guidance.
- Sector expertise: Background within innovative, transactional Internet business.
- Communications skills: Building strong relationships internally and Externally.
- International: Proven with achievements covering an international customer base.
- Hands-on: leading from the front and engaging with the team at all levels to include strategy and driving growth
- Build and lead the digital marketing organisation
