Next Ventures is searching for an SAP HCM Developer for an exciting new project based in Bavaria.
We are looking for an experienced consultant who speaks fluent German and is business proficient in English.
Position: SAP HCM Developer
Location: Bavaria, Germany
Duration: 3 months + extensions
The client expects:
- Strong experience with the HCM environment and good understanding of the modules contained within it, including PA, OM, VM, PT & PY
- Very good knowledge of developing in SAP using ABAP and ABAP OO
- For you to have a sound basic technical understanding of the SAP HCM data model
- Expertise with interfacing and the use of IDOCs
- You to already have some existing experience within human resources and familiarity with best practices especially in relation to data handling and sensitivity
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
Tasks:
- Developing new software and interfaces within the HCM module
- Support work and problem solving for pre-existing HCM software
- Creating technical documentation and involvement in testing phases
- Assisting with the development of new conceptual projects as well as the implementation of technical specs.
