Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is urgently looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team in Mainz, Germany on a 6 month rolling contract.
This position requires you to be FLUENT in English and German.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
- Manage departmental (and therefore business) IT risks; identifying, mitigating ad recommending solutions to Head of IT
- Ensure the existing and future of IT Service and Support aliens to the expectations of our business roadmap
Skills required:
- Strong understanding of Information Technology; trends, products and solutions
- Experience in maintaining high performing service support functions including IT Service Desk, Desktop Support and 2nd line technicians
- Customer focused with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Fluent English and German
