PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Knowledge team works on providing the best end-to-end knowledge experience for continuous learning and innovation. Based on innovative User Assistance and Education Technology like the leading cloud learning platforms openSAP and SAP Learning Hub, we offer a highly resourceful learning landscape. We build state-of-the-art training content to enable IT professionals, developers, end-users, entrepreneurs and decisions makers. Furthermore, the team works together with universities and the next generation professionals by running the SAP Next-Gen initiative and the SAP Training and Development Institute. With these programs we want to inspire academia and SAP customers to innovate and to set them up for a successful digital future.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Our diverse Virtual Event Services team organizes and manages powerful, flexible and customer-focused virtual events and training sessions for any internal SAP board area, providing consulting and communication, and therefore contributes to innovation in knowledge transfer for SAP in the form of presentations, lectures and trainings.
Help organize and manage flexible and scalable virtual events, including Webinars, Webcasts and Virtual Classrooms, based on various platforms and services for participants from all over the world. Communicate with and mediate between external suppliers, internal customers and presenters, supporting our team with the planning and designing of individual online events. Contribute to the introduction, development and promotion of our different service offerings, improving the SAP knowledge transfer system in general.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
. Currently enrolled Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
. Preferred fields of study: Event Management, Project Management, Communication Studies, Marketing
. Computer skills: advanced knowledge in MS Office application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
. Language skills: very good communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)
. Soft skills: ability to work in a team, advanced general communication skills including presentation and elaboration
. Others: ability to organize and structure your work, time management
WORK EXPERIENCE
. Previous exposure to a multi-cultural business environment is beneficial.
