Task description
• Collect complete and accurate information by interacting with subject matter experts
• Write, edit and produce operations documentation in accordance with applicable quality procedures
• Coordination with the backend development teams
• Coordinate and support the development teams in the creation of knowledge base articles and the formulation of technical concepts

Qualifications
• Completed training in the field of IT or a comparable qualification
• More than 5 years technical writing experience and excellent writing skills
• Ability to quickly understand technically complex engineering and clinical workflow concepts
• German and English in spoken and written form
