Preferred
- Must be experienced with defining the testing schedules, roadmap, dependencies and run a test governance
- Expertise in Test Management process, test strategy, test planning, test scheduling, test environments, test data and test reporting
- At least 7 years of experience in various types of Performance Engineering and Testing activities
- Experience in analysing NFRs and elicit them in Performance Test requirements
- Expertise in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them
- Knowledge of Loadrunner (or Jmeter) to design and execute load and performance tests
- Expertise in load generation, Performance test execution, hands-on experience on various analysis & reporting.
- Expertise in Performance tool evaluation, types of tests required, work load models and conducting POCs
- Ability to use different monitoring/profiling tools (Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, JProfiler, Visual VM, AWR reports etc.) to monitor, gather, and report application performance on Windows or Linux machines
- Experience with various QA methodologies, estimations and team coordination
- Must be experienced in defect management, application life cycle management, test reporting
- Must be fluent in communication using German and English language
- Communication and Analytical skills
Nice to have
- App Dynamics Experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Performance troubleshooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred
- Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus
- Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience
- Knowledge of Web Services, Performance Testing, SQLs and UNIX will be an added advantage.
- Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology, micro services etc.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience in working in Insurance domain
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology
