Your tasks:
• Identify, extract and analyse meaningful information from multiple sources to unpick business questions
• Assess internal/external factors that may influence customer usage and key metrics, particularly regarding the competitive landscape
• Develop and deliver the business story and effectively communicate this to business and finance partners
• Support business decision-making through the provision of actionable insight
• Work closely with local and global business partners including – the EU business units, EU Finance teams, Analytics teams in San Jose, India & China
Your experience:
• This role requires advanced data mining skills to uncover data insights that drive business outcome
• Translating data insights into what they mean for the business question at hand
Your skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (ideally in a quantitative field, graduate degree a plus) plus an established career within an analytical environment.
• Proven ability in clearly defining a problem, collating the required information, analysing the results and presenting findings.
• Advanced technical and financial modelling skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, Python etc. Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint. (MUST HAVE at least SQL experience)
• Fluency in English is a requirement, multiple language capabilities is a plus
