- SAP Solution Manager experience in regards to ITSM processes
- ITIL/ITSM know-how
- S/4HANA know-how is beneficial but not a must have requirement
- Project Management / Coordination skills are beneficial but not a must have requirement
Anforderung:
SAP S/4 HANA + (basic knowledge), 0 yrs.
Solution Manager (SAP) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
ITSM ++ (trained), 0-2 yrs.
ITIL ++ (trained), 0-2 yrs.
Incident Management ++ (trained), 0-2 yrs.
Projektmanagement + (basic knowledge), 0 yrs.
