For our client, a global IT software company we are looking for a Project Coordinator (Field Marketing) on a freelance basis for MUNICH.
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 6 months (up to 1 year project)
Location: Munich
Languages: German and English
Responsibilities:
* setup and coordinate a variety of Marketing campaigns which involve various Marketing disciplines including Online, Events, Channel, Campaigns, Telesales
* manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including channel, internal colleagues, external suppliers, eg telesales agencies, etc
* Research, choose, design and manage live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
* Forecast, measure, analyse, optimize and report on impact of programs.
* Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
Your Skills:
* commercial experience in coordinating multi-facetted Marketing campaigns, eg Online, Events, Channel, Telesales etc
* strong project coordination and campaign management experience, preferably in multinational organisations
* ability to influence multiple stakeholders and to work effectively within a Matrix organization
* basic experience of IT and software related technologies/industries is a bonus
* fluent German and very good English
* willingness to travel regularly ca. twice per month in Europe and Germany
