Position- CRM Process Consultant (mf)
Location- Stuttgart, Germany
Hiring Mode-Contractual
Duration- 3+ months with extension
Language Required-English and German
Job Description
• Can interact with client German Language.
• A minimum of Overall 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of Salesforce experience and 7 years of experience CRM domain
• Should have experience on Sales cloud, Service cloud and marketing cloud
• Experience in Automobile industry.
• Collaborate with business partners to analyse and understand business problem/need
• Leverage thorough understanding of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements
• Document current state business process ( as is process map) and future state business process ( to be process map)
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and key technical resources
• Use a variety of industry standard/best practices techniques to elicit requirements from the Business
• Document, categorize and prioritize business, user and system requirements
Responsibilities:
• Prepare the Business requirements document and high level design documents.
• Analyse the FIT GAPs between AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Design the process flows to fit the business requirements
• Work with developers to implement the solutions
• Test the End to end flows.
• Participate in troubleshooting client support activities, including liaising directly with the clients.
Involved in full Salesforce software development lifecycle
