Montash have been engaged with an award winning E-commerce company in Berlin, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their vibrant team due to a period of seismic growth.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with Agile/Kanban experience in a software development environment. You will be able to lead with excellent communication skills to bring forth the company's innovative vision. Using cutting edge technology and making use of the latest tools my client is using a cross-functional team collaboration and looking for someone able to adhere to and improve this practice.
Required:
- At least 3 years Agile/Scrum experience within Software Delivery
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and executing change processes
- Fluent English (German would be a plus)
