Beschreibung

Stellenbeschreibung:
1. Prioritizing the work order closure based on the aging of complaints, mostly under aged between 70-90 days which helps to improve the metrics.2. Tracking of complaints that are pending from affiliates because of product not being sent to service centers and co ordinating the task completion.3. Analyzing the reasons for backlog and finding the solutions for clearing the backlog effectively within short period of time.4. Supporting the Service Document Update team and prioritizing the task based on reportability / aging so that complaints get closed within 90 days window.

Erforderlich:
Service co-ordinator1. Experience in Processing of Medical Device Related Complaints2. Candidates should be familiar with general quality management system concepts, including good documentation practice (GDP), corrective and preventive action (CAPA)
