Aufgabe:
Leading of rollout projects for new processes and system functionalities within the area of Goals & Performance and Succession & Development
• Leading the implementation of Recruiting Marketing and Posting for all countries and units
• Providing continuous improvements together with the business representatives and business analysts for all implemented processes within Talent
• Translating functional requirements into technical requirements and tasks in alignment with technical and functional team members
• Providing expert support to system users and guiding of system developments always with having an eye on impacts on other processes or IT solutions
• Ensuring system compliance (data protection and quality, business continuity and disaster recovery)
• Coordinating of testing in alignment with test coordinators and respective technical teams
• Ticket management for respective area
• Organizing and coordinating of trainings and system demonstrations
