Technical Writer
My client is a leading Telecoms company and required a Technical writer to prepare technical documentation working within the customer analytics team.
Role
*Preparation of the technical documentation as part of a team-internal project for know-how transfer/know-how development
*Top-down documentation of ETL routes, automation and data preparation processes, campaign and Telesales selections, and basic data structures
*Use of online tools such as Confluence/MediaWiki
Experience
*3 years + of experience in the preparation of technical documentation
*Understanding of technical data processing processes
*Experience in ERM modelling/presentation
*Experience in process documentation like Signavio, iGrafx, Appian or similar
*Industry know-how Cable management is a plus
*Ability to work independently
*Strong presentation and communication skills
*Good German and English skills essential
