Job Description
As a Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
• Experienced in MAC OS imaging processes, ticketing, SW installation and imaging toolsInstallation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of MAC images& Image packaging tool.
• Maintain the MAC OS Imaging standards and propose changes based on industry best practices.
• Experience in Management tools like Airwatch and Jamfformely known as Casper Suite.
• Experience in managing images for hot fixes and security patches
• Experience in Image and configure IT devices with standard images
• Experience with Macintosh networks and Internet networking protocols.
• Provide periodic status updates on progress of OS Image build activity.
• Prepare and update relevant imaging documentation
• Update tickets with accurate and timely records of work performed, and resolution detail
• Experience in issue troubleshooting and handling the escalation calls
Preferred
• Experience with Mac OS, iOS, and server platforms is preferred
• Experience in configuration deployment troubleshooting and support of Mac devices.
• Experiencing in Application packaging and Deployments via various tools.
• In-depth expertise on MAC Client OS configuration, OS image build process, deployment workflow and industry best practices.
• Aptitude to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate to technical & non-technical audiences
• Demonstrate sound judgment and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision and direction is required in order to perform professional and organizational responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and communication skills to interact and work with global IT teams (EU based)& end customers.
