For our client in Munich, we are currently looking for a digital innovation Marketing Manager.

Start: 30.7.18
End: 30.9.18
Volume: 40 project days
Location: Munich
Project language: English and German

Responsibilities:
In this position, the external will be responsible for all digital marketing channels, ensuring the success of business objectives and team goals relating to marketing. He/she will combine their knowledge of the web and digital marketing with their business acumen to bring a new product to market.
- Manage all digital marketing activities for a market leading product from concept to market delivery
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies across all channels - ensuring all work is completed on time and to budget
- Define, monitor and improve the overall PPC, SEA and SEO strategy for new products
- Develop and implement a successful social media and community management strategy on all the major relevant platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest
- Direct "hands on" implementation of social media content where appropriate
- Define and implement a unique and successful online content strategy for new products
- Ensure brand consistency is delivered online across all channels
- Report project progress and outcomes on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis - using Google Analytics and similar programs
- Work with the product development team to activate channels and improve channel performance in a way that is relevant for target users
- Understand the need to create exceptional journeys for customers and assist in making suggestions for improvements with UI and UX developers
- Manage the online digital marketing budget for products
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and digital marketing

Goal of the project/external support: Enable the team to hit cost effective recruitment of users in line with the business case (business case has been prepared and the candidate for this role will be responsible for validation of marketing assumptions).Optimising digital channel performance and outlining channel plan for growth and scaling.

Required Skills
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role (preferably from a digital agency or a start up background)
- A proven track record of driving performance of digital marketing projects and a understanding of how digital channels are complemented by offline channels
- A strong working knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix - Email, SEO, SEA, PPC,
- Experience of creating successful digital marketing campaigns across channels
- Strong team working skills, ability to ideate on product development to support the onboarding of users and exceptional organisational skills
- Experience of managing budgets, forecasting and identifying KPIs for driving performance/optimising costs
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- A good working knowledge of the latest Google algorithms, Google Analytics and Google Adwords, GoogleTag Manager

Desired Skills (nice-to-have):
- Experience with A/B testing would also be an advantage
- Has an relevant experience & appreciation for working in an agile environment on a product that is in development
- A strong working knowledge of Content development, Social + Affiliates
- Team management skills
