Task:ƒ. Set up training IT/process training coordination
- File structure in Excel for focus groups, scheduling, contents, status
- Establish groups and related training contents and delivery type
- Establish tracker for training resources (trainers, rooms, documents, IT, aids, records)
- IQM training plan per focus group
- Active onboarding of new local training coordinator on topic during concept setup
„. Create training materials for process and SAP training
- Define set of course materials per focus group
- Develop templates, based on previous projects
- Create revision control documents and ensure tracking
- Interface to SAP testing workshops
- Onboard of potential key users from training team
- Onboarding of Training coordinatior for topic to handover by end 2018
3. Deliver training on SAP processes
- Introduction to IQM concept and IT tool by QMA 3 hrs - (out of scope)
- Support bookmarking per role and staff, Q&A (out of scope)
†. Project Management
- Weekly status on progress for above topics
- Integration to IT and Training project admin org (max 60 min per week)
- Weekly timesheets and planning on site / off-site
Requirements (Must have):
- Experience in SAP trainings
- Very good general SAP knowledge
- Experience as key user
Nice to have:
- Knowledge within MRO (iMRO)
Environment/Miscellaneous:
- working hours can be split between onsite coaching sessions in Warsaw, Poland, and remote work
