Our client is currently looking for a Functional Workplace Service Delivery Consultant(m/f) for a project in Munich.
· Provides service across all the components, towers and regions of any deliverable within the Functional workplace as part of a local competency centre
· Ensures the service provision is in line with expectations and performs discrete tasks that require local support
· Supports Innovation agenda, aligning and agreeing both Proof of concepts and pilots
· Configures, tests and provide feedback on IT and functional requirements.
· Acts as local presence for remote delivery team for Incident, problem, Knowledge, Change and release management
· Aligns with Partners, hardware manufacturers and service providers to ensure service continuity
· Provides documentation management and Quality Assurance around content and structure of all deliverables
Client Engagement
· Validate requirements and maintain processes / work instructions to enable expected outcomes
· Client alignment with regard to service, technology and business related changes, based on the portfolio and broader industry trends.
· Provide Consultative support for remote teams and ensure Delivery and Client alignment.
· Collaborate with the client and delivery team on requirements and service provision,
Team Engagement
· Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the delivery teams with regard to specific work instructions
· Act as local representative for remote teams, support tasks that cannot be performed remotely inclusive of local content management and content deployment
· Providing feedback on service improvement initiatives in line with business requirements.
· Conform to client?s corporate strategies, standards and policies
