My client is a leading Communications company in Germany. They require a Project Manager to work with their sales and marketing team in the delivery of projects:
Role
*Expert advice on the B2B sales area through independent recording, definition and analysis of requirements for the processing of interested parties
*Definition of processing requirements for the local CRM system
*Definition and implementation of a central lead management strategy for B2B sales
*Further development of cross-system interfaces for the processing of prospects and leads
*Technical cooperation with system analysts regarding configuration and customization of relevant systems
*Analysis of existing and design of new sales processes in coordination with internal interfaces and external partner companies
*Definition of reporting requirements and translation into system requirements and process adjustments
*Design of standard reports and report processes for the evaluation of different sources of interest for new customer acquisition
*Execution and evaluation of test cases in coordination with B2B Sales
*Accompanying the transfer of business requirements into an IT-technical solution design (Functional Requirements Specification) in cooperation with operations interfaces
*Interfaces: Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Operations, Legal/Data ...
Experience
*6 years plus experience as project manager with a focus within B2B Sales
*Experience of implementaiotn and optmization of CRM
*Must have experience of Salesforce CRM
*Fluency in German an English Essential
