Task:Your main task will be to participate as functional consultant in template build and deployment projects for Pharma in Germany and China, and for Life Science in USA and Asia. You will coordinate the scoping, build, deployment and post go-live support of 2 SAP S4HANA platforms called LEAN and NEXT in the MM-PUR area.
You will act as counterpart for implementation consultants and technical experts, advising on SAP solutioning and coordinating key user activities like requirement documentation, testing, training, master data preparation for migration, cutover and hyper-care.
Who you are:
• You have 10+ years experience with SAP ERP for advanced Pharmaceutical processes, like subcontracting
• You have a success track as an SAP consultant that gained indepth knowledge through hands-on project deployment
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the SAP Purchasing processes, as well as the applicable regulations.
• You have a deep understanding of the respective modules in SAP, particularly MM-PUR and MM-IM.
• You demonstrate robust understanding of the integration of procurement processes in the overall process landscape, both from a technical point of view, as well as from a business point of view
• You are willing to travel at least 50% of your time
• You are proficient in English and German, have very good communication skills and solid abilities to teach others
• Ideally you have additional knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO)

- SAP MM-PUR +++ (excellent), > 5 yrs.
- Life Science (Chemicals) +++ > 5 yrs.
- Pharmaceuticals +++ > 5 yrs.
- English +++ business fluent
- German +++ business fluent
Environment/Miscellaneous:
days per week - 60% on-site Darmstadt, 20% China/USA/APAC, 20% remote support
Project work site is Darmstadt. No travel/accomodation costs will be covered for Darmstadt. Expenses for travel during key phases to deployment sites (e.g. US, China or other APAC countries) will be covered.
