Test Lead Coordinator required!
Templeton and Partners are looking for a Test Lead/Test Co-ordinator to be working in Cologne for a global client within the TeleComs sector.
You must be German speaking and have good command of the language as your task will be to coordinate a TMMi Level 5 Test team across on-site and off-shore efforts (no need to be native, however) within an Agile environment.
Mandatory skills:
- German Language: Proficient: Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skill in German language and English. Should be able to interact with others in Germany as part of daily activities
- Rich experience in Test Management/test co-ordination in multi-vendor ecosystem, min of 5 years of experience In Test Coordination/Management
- Ability to co-ordinate across onsite-offshore teams
- Work closely with all stakeholders at onsite and interact with them in German
- Should have led a team in individual capacity for more than 2 years
- Experience of reporting with VP, CxO levels
Ideally you would have experience working on at least 1 TeleComs project.
