für unseren Endkunden suchen wir ab sofort externe Unterstützung.

The WIN10 project team of our client within the Digital Workplace Program has a requirement for Change Management Communications Support Manager who can assist and support the Win 10 Program lead. The Win 10 project will deliver an updated client image and device to users as can be expected of a young forward-thinking Energy company. The client has a cloud first approach for future tooling and new devices and rollouts will focus on removing complexity whilst providing a leading and fully supportable tool set. The project is expected to run until the middle of 2019. This project will be managed by our client and delivered with the help of trusted outsourced partners, and will report into the overarching Digital Workplace project organization.

Tasks:
• Analyze, plan, set-up and support the WIN 10 project to deliver a new workplace solution and any necessary sub projects which may be related.
• Engage with business users and analyze user needs in relation to requirements
• Engage with communication teams and lead in the preparation and sign off key communications messages using standard processes.
• Engage with change hub champions/ambassadors to deliver key and consistent messages throughout the business of our client.
• Support and assist in the management of changes to scope, deliverables and/or budget on behalf of our client
• Effectively assist and support in the management and control the WIN10 Project and sub project budgets, and keep accurate and up to date data relating to this topic available
• Engage with the current DWP project members in order to successfully assist and support the deliver the WIN 10 program
• Work with and support the Program Manager and Portfolio office to ensure reporting requirements fit with standard agile program governance
• Manage, facilitate and attend meetings which keep stakeholders engaged and updated

The overarching DWP program has been graded as a ‘Top’ project, and the role of Change Management Communications Manager will suit a competent and experienced consultant with strong academic and analytical skills as well as experience of working with people. A hands-on approach to the role will be essential as will skills relating to influencing and negotiation to enable the WIN 10 project to deliver its goals and objectives within the challenging time line of the project and in line with budget. Experience of working with this client and knowing key business contacts throughout the organisation of our client will also be helpful, the successful individual will be keen to help the client develop a future cloud based modern digitally enabled workplace in line with the client´s vision and strategy.

Professional Skills:
• General knowledge of Change Management good practices along with WIN 10 solutions, Infrastructure components and other associated services (O365 AD, IAM)
• Professional experience in the support of mass deployment projects
• Previous experience of working within large infrastructure projects would be desirable
• General understanding of application packaging and deployment (SCCM) with the ability to support and assist in this sub project area
• Experience of working across business units and borders and with 3rd parties to achieve project objectives

• Experience of working under the pressure and within programs which have a number of dependencies.

This project role is office based within Dusseldorf although occasionally travel to other locations may be necessary Countries which are in scope for this project includes UK, Germany and the US. There are dependencies to other key IT programs and Liaison between programs will be required.
