Senior Agile Coach - Berlin
A true Berlin start-up success story are hiring for a Senior Agile Coach as part of a company wide Agile Transformation. Company size is circa 250.
The role will be working directly with the CTO/board on a 60/40 split of working with teams conducting hands-on coaching and 1-2-1 coaching with senior members of staff, helping to define and assess Agile road-map too.
Past experience as acting a Senior Agile Coach in an organisation of a similar size is required - development teams are 5-8 people and there are 10 development teams.
