Aufgabe:Our Big Data environment (MCloud) is developing a data catalog capability, which will need to be orchestrated through a Project Manager. We are looking for a senior PM who understands IT and functional requirements and manages to translate them in a project plan. This person will plan out the work break down for the technical teams, will join the dots across different initiatives, motivate project stakeholders to drive towards success in achieving the project target on time and on-budget and ensure that the things are getting done by order of priority.
Goals: Orchestrate and manage multiple work streams worldwide to build a smart data catalogue on top of our data lake
Description: To establish and execute a project management plan that covers management of Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Resource, Risk, and Vendors.
Competencies: Candidate will then obtain consensus on the plan, gain ownership of tasks from the relevant groups, then manage and execute the WBS schedule driving to completion within budget and time constraints.
- must be assertive and show confidence when working with individuals and groups from Providers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Knowledge Managers.
- must demonstrate excellent reporting skills with steering committees and senior management
- must demonstrate mastery of project management from frameworks such as PRINCE/PMBOK and also have familiarity with agile methodologies.
- must demonstrate that they can handle ambiguous situations and drive for clarity.
- must have experience in KM/KS practices, establishing an information architecture, UX functional design or similar

The person must be an excellent communicator, result oriented, comfortable working with little to no supervision and must have the ability to facilitate meetings with disparate groups within IT and external vendors.
- must have the ability to coordinate resources off-shore in India, US and Germany

- must be demanding and always present in front of stakeholders & IT partners
- must show high integrity with EIM team and act on behalf of EIM team
- must be able to navigate in the gray
