Aufgaben:

Currently we are looking for a Construction Manager (f/m) at a construction site.

The following tasks should be done:
+ management of
+ the safety on site
+ the civil and structural works
+ the utility and the underground piping installation
+ the building utilities (fire, lighting, lightning,..) installation
+ the work activities and coordination if the contractors
+ quality and quantity of works
+ taking care for given budget
+ reporting to project manager

Anforderungen:

Must have:
+ experienced in the construction of large capital investment projects
+ familiar with site and country (Malaysia) specific situations
+ good verbal and writing communication skills
