Portfolio Analyst
Our client in Germany is currently searching for a Portfolio Analyst for a contract until the end of 2018.
Tasks/Job Description:
- Focuses on supporting the different functions, working with assigned delivery groups and support teams to facilitate both tactical and strategic planning for Demand Management
- Participates in and support the Investment Review Board and score project demands as it flows through the demand management process
- Facilitates analysis with tools (Excel, MS Project, SharePoint) and templates to provide assistance to Solution Delivery groups to provide consistent reporting
- Works with Program Managers and Value Chain Delivery Groups in creating recommended project portfolio
- Work with Finance and PMO to keep projects and financial information consistent
- Customize and develop SharePoint, Excel and EPPM script
- Support EPPM (Microsoft Project Server 2010) implementing customized report/dashboard
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project Server 2010, SharePoint is mandatory
- Advanced knowledge of VBA (ie Excel Macro) is recommended
