For our client from the automotive industry we are looking for an – PMO Supporter (m/f) on a freelance basis.
Project Start: 1.07.2018
Project duration: 31.12.2018
Location: different German locations (mostly Erlangen and Munich) up to 25% home office possible
Languages: English and German
Tasks:
Administrative work in the project (PMO activities) such as:
- Creating consistent project information in intranet
- Preparation and facilitation of meetings
- Tracking of planned tasks
- Documentation of meeting results
Cooperation with the stakeholders and the Steering Board
- Organising Workshops and interviews with stakeholders and work group heads
- Driving work group heads towards commonly aligned project goals
- Guiding the approval process for the improvement program
- Reflecting project status to Steering Board/Requesting approvals from Steering board
- Helping achieve a common understanding of the project goal
- Aligning activities of different work groups towards the common goal
Requirements:
- Experience with similar PMO tasks
- Ability to travel to and between different German locations, mostly in Bavaria
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Providing own work equipment (laptop with standard office applications, mobile phone)
- Experience in Automotive industry is nice to have
