Business Analyst with proven experience of working within Financial Services (banking or Insurance) is required to work with several business divisions tasked with developing new application functionality on a CSC Life/400 system for a (TCF) Treating Customers Fairly programme.
The successful Business Analyst will be working closely with Actuaries, Customer Services and Finance Teams tasked with handling several projects simultaneously; documenting business requirements and processes; documenting customer communication processes and journeys; understanding and translating product terms and conditions; specifying as-is & to-be application/software functionality; monitoring development, testing and acceptance; performing route cause analysis and following project governance closely.
Business Analysts applying MUST be confident self-starters able to work with minimal supervision.
Business Analysts MUST be solution orientated, business process minded with comprehensive knowledge of requirements management and a strong sense of responsibility in providing the best solutions for customers.
