We are looking for a Lead Architect -Employee Central (EC) Integration for a customer in Banking Industry based in Frankfurt,Germany. This will be a contract role for immediate hire and the duration will be till 31 December 2018.
Scope of Tasks: Due to a global escalation, require a replacement Employee Central (EC) Integration Lead to complete the remaining part of project activities until Go Live in July and October 2018. Proper knowledge transfer is guaranteed.
Required skills:
- Business Integration Builder project experience is a must
- Solid HCM on Premise know how
- Solid EC experience
- Solid knowledge on EC related integration topics [side-by-side approach]
Tasks: Coordination of SAP topics (ie Development, Support, Consulting) -
- SuccessFactors Implementation:
o Manage requirements
o Rating of requirements
- Concept of side-by-side approach (ie distribution of employee IDs, expats, commuter, etc.)
Knowledge of German Language is a Huge Plus.
