We are looking for an experienced Test Manager(m/f).
The job is within the project AIT team.
6 months Contract + Or could consider Full time.
Project can also be run from Stevenage Or Portsmouth.
The job is based in Bremen, Germany, and may require travel to our European suppliers or to our customer. Travel is expected to be frequent and extensive, and therefore should be considered when applying for this position.
The working languages of the project are German and English.
Tasks
Amongst typical AIT tasks, the job holder will be responsible for:
*Managing the review boards
*Lead the review and release cycle of test documentation
*Lead the acceptance test KPI
*Supporting the planning of integration and test activities
*To provide weekly KPIs to the team lead and to support monthly progress reports to the customer.
Skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
*Graduated in spaceflight technology or mechanical/electro-technical engineering
*Experience in AIT organizational tasks (Drumbeating)
*Experience in managing multi disciplinary teams
*Experience in space or aerospace projects
*Experience in definition of integration methods, processes, kitting and on-floor activities.
*Experience in Design and Production within a space flight project
*Experience in working with SAP, Visual management, and Sharepoint.
*English: fluent/negotiation level not mandatory
*Good communication and analytical skills
*Open minded, strong personality
