Your tasks:
* National and international customer acquisition and customer care
* Independent customer support, especially for selected distribution partnerships
* Independent processing of application-oriented projects (conception, planning and their
Implementation), also independent project management
* Development of RFID system solutions in various industries
* System and software testing
* System integration and technical support for the entire production spectrum of microsensys
* Creation of product documentation and system descriptions
* Development of guidelines for marketing, active support for market launches
* Participation in fairs and congresses
Your qualifications:
* Technical education or completed studies (technician, Bachelor, Master) as well as
Business knowledge
* Qualified knowledge in IT technology
* General work experience, at least 3 years advantageous
* Experience in customer service, support
* Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
