The Company
ConSol Partners' client is a worldwide leader in finance and IT consulting services. They are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join them on a contract basis, for a long-term project. You will be onsite in Frankfurt, working within one of the biggest banking and financial services organisations in the world.
Job title: Data Analyst
Rate: €400+ per day
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Contract Length: 6-12 months + extension
Responsibilities:
As the Data Analyst for ConSol Partners' client,
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have very strong knowledge on analysing the complex IT System landscape, so that he/she can understand and capture the data processed within the banks systems along with its attributes and relations.
With this need its critical to have strong analytical as well as communication skills so that assessing the complex data structure and models of the relevant systems could be carried out successfully.
- Understanding from where data comes, and how to structure it in such a way that it is readily consumable, regardless of its source system (system independent)
- Understanding concepts like normalization, de-normalization or, re-normalization
- Understanding of Data Integration
- Clear understanding and experience in working with XML, JSON formats, financial formats (eg SWIFT, ISO 20022) - (atleast few standard formats based on Industry worked with not necessarily SWIFT)
- Knowledgeable and experience about data flows
