Für unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in unbefristeter Festanstellung einen SAP VMS Level 2/3 Supporter (m/w) in München.Laufzeit: unbefristet

Start: September 2018
Ihre Aufgaben:
-Analysis and resolution of functional issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and providing the solution within the SLA. Also for Priority 1 &2 incidents providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements though problem ticket.
-Maintaining ticket quality in terms of documenting details like incident analysis, solution and stake holder communication etc.
-SAP Internet Pricing and Configurator (SAP IPC), for vehicle configuration.
-Technical Integration with other modules like SAP MM,SD,CS,FICO, CRM etc.
-Preparing functional specs for implementing custom developments using VMS Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) for VMS
Ihr Profil:
-SAP VMS with SAP ERP module skill such as SAP MM or SAP SD or SAP CS
-5+ years of work experience in the SAP implementation and support.
-Familiar with ticketing tool like HPSC 2
-Knowledge of ITIL process of incident, service request, problem ticket and change ticket resolution process. Experience in understanding of ticket priority and communicating with user accordingly and provide them feedback periodically
-Knowledge of logistics, order management, planning, business process in automotive manufacturing organization will be preferred.
-Experience in implementing and supporting following business processes
-Experience in implementing and supporting following business processes : procurement, sales, rework, returns processing, trade-in and service processing, warranty claim processing etc. using transactions in SAP VMS like,
? Vehicle Procurement and Sales
? Vehicle Master Data
? Vehicle Manager
? Archiving Vehicles
-German and English speaking
